I coach a limited number of riders on a one-to-one basis. The aim being to give a very personal service tailored to your needs and aimed to optimise the opportunities to help you achieve your objectives.
Individual coaching will be designed around your specific needs and goals but will typically include all or some of the following components:
Initial face-to-face consultation
Fitness testing – based on either heart rate or power (at regular intervals)
Annual plan – updated once during a season, if required
Detailed daily prescribed training updated each week or for a maximum of 14 days
The use of Training Peaks online training software
